Hi user, dandruff is one of the most common and persistent hair issues. Using ketoconazole lotion on your scalp can be of some help. Massaging your scalp with maha bhringraj oil for a few minutes and then following up with hot towel treatment can be effective too. Taking a pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day, eating lots of protein rich foods such as soybean and egg whites, doing pranayama every morning and putting a drop of cow ghee in each of nostrils before bed time are other tips you can try to reduce dandruff. Lastly, stay away from caffeinated drinks, spicy and junk foods and always use only ayurvedic shampoo.
