I have done my self health checkup where I found lack of some vitamins in me. So I want prescription for that.

Dear lybrate-user, all multivitamins are available otc without prescription. I assume you tested for vitamin b12 and vitamin d. If your levels were found low, you can either go for capsule form or opt for injection route. Vitamin d in particular is better if taken via injection as vitamin d capsules tend to cause side effects. Vitamin b12 capsules, however, is easy on the stomach. You can opt for neurobion forte. Important thing to remember, vitamin b12 and d are fat soluble. So take it with fatty meals and never on empty stomach. Regards!
