Hi I am 38. I'm facing some problems as I can't sleep at night due to dreams which are like long movies and I get up at midnight and start babbling and disturb my partner in half sleep like state What is the treatment?

You are sleeping in stress end tenstion live tham before going to sleep. Do not sleep in noon do some work or red good books. Change food habites. Add in your food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, sald, dry fruites, fruites, etc. Fix time for sleep this time you should not miss. You take sarpgandha mishran (tablet) 1 in night 15 minuties before going to sleep for 15 days during this time you fix time take tablet go to sleep take 6 to 8 hours sleep.
