I have a spot on penis gland and below of the gland edge. It's like a wound. First it was a red round spot and then gradually pus like had formed in the middle of the spot. Now the pus is gone but it's like wet and watery like substance comes out. It pains a little bit like burning sensation specially at night. That watery substance has very bad smell.
