I do ballet and recently, while stretching for middle splits, I have noticed that my nerves in my left foot (near the toes) kind of "pop" and it feels like they are breaking even tho they are not. I feel tingling and then it "pops" it happens when I am doing a straddle, or stretching my left leg on the side, like stretching inner thighs I think, I do not have that problem while stretching other parts of the legs, like hamstrings, calves, quads, just inner thighs. That happens every time. It is not painful, just very uncomfortable.

at night when u sleep apply two pillows under legs. locally apply cold pressed coconut oil at least two to three minutes where you feel popped up . very safe as it is herbal.
