Sometimes I can't sleep at night. My mind keep thinking about many things n I couldn't stop it. Suggest me.

Hi, avoid taking any caffeine after 7 pm. Take a warm bath before sleep. Sip on warm milk before retiring. Avoid watching tv serial. Instead, listen to soft music before going to bed. Meditation at bed time would also help. All the best.

Tk homoeo medicine, gentle in use, rapid in action without any adverse effect: @ ignatia-30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ five phos 6x -4 tabs, thrice a day. Avoid, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, dust. Ensure, sound sleep at least 7 hrs. Tk, plenty of water.
