I'm 26 year old male. I'm experiencing rapid hairloss since 1 year. Hairloss is from entire scalp. Some itchy small bead like acne in scalp. No dandruff. No one is bald in my family history (both paternal and maternal. I used minoxidil for 10 months but got zero improvement. My serum ca, cbc is normal. My tsh and t4 level is normal but t3 is 0.590 ng/ml (normal range 0.846-2.02 ng/ml ). Am I experiencing hair fall due to low t3 level?
