. Hi. Lybrate user. Avoid high cholesterol foods, avoid spicy and oily / junk foods. Avoid salty foods. Avoid stress. Do exercise daily. Do yoga and meditation. Avoid high calorie foods. Non-veg. More alcohol. Smoking. Take dalia in morning, salaad, low fat lassi, whole grain foods. Green veg. Take 7 to 8 glass of water in a day.
