I am 80+ years old, have headache and heavy memory loss for last 5 months. I have been examined by a doctor, neurologist and take some medicine prescribed by the doctor but till date not relief from headache and memory loss.

I can however offer general advice which can help you- maintain hydration as dehydration can lead to headaches, take a healthy diet and get enough sleep as well as physical activity. All these can help prevent further memory loss.
