Recently I started working out to lose some weight, and I was having severe hair fall so I consulted my doctor. She asked me to get a thyroid and cbc test. Later on it was discovered I had 10.8 hemoglobin and 1.45lac platelets. Should I worry about this? And one more thing I feel sleepy almost 24 hrs. I'm sleeping around 12-14 hours a day. I'm worried about my lifestyle what should I do?

Foods that are rich source of iron- Garde cress seeds (Halim seeds), Leafy vegetables, Dates, Anjeer, Watermelon, Bajra etc. Foods that wil improve platelet count- Papaya leaf extract, Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Coconut water etc. Once you improve your diet and supplements you will feel better.
