I eat 4 eggs in the breakfast daily but my weight is not increasing I am 23 year old but not look like a 23 old year guy I am really frustrated with body shape pls suggest me some solution.

along with egg u can eat 2 bananas daily one glass of milk take high protein diet exercise daily 30 min don't skip ur meal

Hey Abhishek relax....! Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 18.6 which is good and 4 eggs at breakfast is not nutrition friendly. Add Milk and milk product, Chicken or Tuna fish or egg also as animal resource of protein and Soya bean or Legumes ( Peas/ Beans) pulses as plant source of protein in your daily diet. At breakfast Select Muesli or Corn flecks with milk, you can take 1 boiled egg daily.Dry Fruits are necessary like almond, dates, cashew, walnuts in your diet. Banana is also good for you. Do brisk walk for 30 min in a day at any time... That will help you much.. Regards..
