Yesterday while I was sitting I felt a sudden sharp pain in my left testicle and since then every time I sit, stand or move roughly, some part near backside of left testicle pains a little. If it's on rest and there's no touch involved it doesn't pain. The pain is little on left ball all the way upto left side of abdomen on moment of touch. It's not consistent but only pains on touching, moving. Note: my right testicle has always been a bit bigger and hangs lower than the other one. Just mentioning all the details.
