Sir mam I have right ovarian chocolate cyst size 4.3 cm. Now I am 38 yrs. I have a 8 years daughter born by normal delivery .there was not any complication in my first pregnancy. Now I am trying for 2nd pregnancy but not being able to conceive. Now my amh is 2.43.my thyroid, sugar, cbc, prolactin everything is normal. My husband is 47 years now. He is non alcoholic, no previous infection or operation done. I am trying to conceive since last 3 months. Please help me to conceive naturally. My period is regular 27-30 days cycle. My weight is 54 kgs and my husband is of 55 kgs. What ayurvedic medicine should I take please suggest.
