I have gum / tooth pain in the extreme left portion of bottom jaw while eating hard food. Please suggest remedy.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain and only then can the required treatment be planned. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab dentaforce dt -1 tab dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique and do warm saline rinses.

See a dentist to diagnose the problem before the pain worsens. Decay will need to be removed, and a loose filling replaced by your dentist. If the pain is caused by pulp tissue damage, your dentist may take an xray to find out.

You can take lyser-d for pain relief. Also you can start warm saline gargles. Also consult a dentist if the pain doesn't subside.
