Hello Dr. m a short temper person m not control or anything anything against me it's not good to my personal life and I lost so many friend for this behavior so please help me to out this.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Anger and aggression are emotions. These emotions are triggered when you are frustrated. Frustration could come from disappointment, irritation or stress. Once you understand the reason for your emotions, you can understand those. Understanding the triggers, can help you managing your anger. I suggest anger management therapy. Take care.
