I have graduated in 2018 and in college days I occasionally smoked cigarettes for 1.5 years (total 250 cigarettes) and attended 3 hookah sessions. That time I did not know the bad effects but after college I quit everything. I had shortness of breath and little coughing but doing regular exercise symptoms gone. But in 2021 my bp was high and I took medication for that and now it is normal. I can not tolerate cold drinks as I catch cold easily. I quit smoking for 5 years, I am concerned about my lung health in future as I learned lots of diseases happen for smoking. I feel regret for those things. So please give some suggestion.
