Hi, you can check thyroid test. I advice you, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Overeating is not the solution for weight gain. You shoukd take alfafa tonic thrice a day for one month and daily one glass banana shake and one glass mango shake. Revert after 15 days.
