I am male 23 I working in night shift so when I get back from office in the morning I try to sleep. But I am unable to sleep as I tries sleeping pills also but its not working so what I can do next to have around sleep once?

If not able to sleep after night shift 1. Take 2/3 glass of warm water 2. Go for a walk in the morning for 30 mts 3. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts 4. And sit for meditation for 10 mts you will immediately get sleep try for 7 days.
