Hello. I am working women. Age 28. I am 7 week pregnant. Doctor says everything is OK ,my ultrasound sonography report and blood test are fine. My Hemoglobin level is 11.3. My question is, if everything is OK then why I feel tired without doing more work. Daily abdominal pain , also pain in my back, till I don't have vomiting problem . Please suggest me is this normal , or food I have to take to for proper heath diet.

Hello, some women experience these symptoms in early pregnancy. Just make sure you have a healthy diet. Take small frequent meals and drink plenty of water. If the tummy pain n backpain persist see your doc.

hi lybrate user congratulations for good news. all the symptoms you are feeling are normal physiological changes of pregnancy you will feel pain in lower abdomen due enlarged uterus. same reason for backache. start eating healthy diet avoid junk food and spicy diet.
