I am 26 year old female and in December 2015 underwent gall bladder surgery. Now in LFT my ALP comes out to be 140. So doctor suggested me for lipid profile test. In lipid profile my cholesterol levels, LDL, triglycerides, non HDL cholesterol comes out to be normal but HDL is only 40. So what should I do. My lifestyle is also very healthy, never taker fast food and always prefer low fat diet and have no family history of heart problem. What are the reasons behind this and what should I do.
