Feeling stressed and negative waves 1) pl suggest what exercise I should do 2) suggest tenure for morning/ evening walk 3) brisk or normal walk, does it reduce wait? 4) what diet should I take.

1. Deep breathing exercise and little meditation. 2. 30-45 minutes at a stretch. 3. Uninterrupted normal walk at a stretch also reduces weight. 4. High fibers, satvic and avoiding heavy food. Lot of water. Some herbal decoctions prepared at home for stress and weight reduction.
