I am suffering from low stamina. I feel very weak while working and while I am on sun. I can not do hard labour also. Can I increase my stamina?

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation.

To increase your stamina you need to have food/ drink every 2-3 hours. When in sun you need to have water with electrolytes (ors/ electral/ sugar+ salt). Fresh fruit juice, coconut water, cucumber, onion, watermelon, buttermilk (chans), lassi, cold milk, cold soup are some foods that will keep you cool & hydrated. Have at least 3 litres water daily. (more in daytime).
