Hi, tk, apples, pomegranates, banana, carrots, milk, cheese, almonds, walnuts, whole grains, rice, wheats, mangoes, spinach, beetroot, eggs, oyster, fish. These, will provide you folic acid, protein, zinc, rise in haemoglobine, vit'a, b, c omega3, iron. You need to tk small meals on short intervals to allow d meals to digest, properly. Go for meditation to reduce your stress for hypothetical feelings related to pregnancy. Ensure sound sleep for at least 6/7! hours. Tk care.

Eat home cooked food ,less spicy. Fruits vegetables, are good. Usually nausea is there so eat small tit bits .
