Hi I'm trying to reduce 9 kgs so every alternate days I do yoga & aerobic after work out if I drink a glass of milk don't I put on weight? Please advise.

Protein is important after work out, not as an additional diet but to avoid eating heavy food for dinner or snacks. It is a healthy replacement. Make sure that milk you have does not have too much sugar. (do not take more than 2tea spoon sugar a day, it includes sugar in sweetened cookies/chocolates/candy etc.)
