Hello, i'd want to inquire about a sleeping problem i've had since I was a child. My problem is that I can't sleep. Every day, I just close my eyes for roughly 1-4 hours before I can truly sleep. I've tried everything, including breathing techniques, but nothing works. Also, once I fall asleep, it is difficult for me to wake up even when someone wakes me up, it takes them around 5-30 minutes until I awaken. I don't know what to do and I need your advice because this has been a problem for me and has impacted my employment because I occasionally didn't go to work because I overslept.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing sleep difficulties for so long. Insomnia can be a frustrating and debilitating problem. Here are some suggestions that may help: establish a regular sleep schedule: go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Create a relaxing bedtime routine: do something relaxing before going to bed, such as taking a warm bath, reading a book, or listening to calming music. Avoid caffeine and alcohol: avoid consuming caffeine and alcohol in the hours leading up to bedtime, as they can interfere with sleep. Limit screen time: avoid using electronic devices, such as phones, tablets, and computers, for at least an hour before bed. Make your bedroom conducive to sleep: keep your bedroom quiet, cool, and dark. Use comfortable pillows and a supportive mattress. Consider therapy: cognitive-behavioral therapy (cbt) can be an effective treatment for insomnia. It can help you identify and change negative thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with your sleep. If your sleep difficulties persist, you should consider consulting a healthcare provider. They can assess your condition and suggest further treatment options such as medications. Feel free to consult me regarding this. Message me on whatsapp +mobile. My consultation fee is only rs. 50! take care. Wish you health.
