I want to flat my stomach. Its not much outside my body but it is li'l bit curved shaped. And I do not want to lose weight. Because my weight is 60 kg n my height is 5'5' Please tell me how can I make my stomach fit without losing my weight.

hllo hardik, you want flat stomach its not a big problem at all. first of all cut off fat in your diet plan and in gym do abomine , obliques and legs workout so u have strong core and 1 2 weeks you can see the resut. in abdomen you can do hanging leg raise, decline runches, rope crunches, plank
