I want to lose my thigh fat and for that I do squats daily after that I get severe pain and cramps in my legs, what to do for that?

Hi, increase the frequency and duration of the exercise/s gradually as your body is not habituated, so don't stress much. Keep yourself well hydrated, drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 30 and rhus tox 30 - both 3 times a day daily.
