I am a 27 year old woman. I was diagnosed with acute hepatitis a in may 2022. After that my poop has become sticky and sometimes floating. My stomach looks pregnant and I have gained weight and fat around my belly area so much. And also my stomach feels like stretched from inside. Recently I have tested my vitamin d levels which came out to be 25 ng/ml. What should I do? I fear I am developing liver cirrhosis.
