Hey, I am 25 old male. I have started loosing hair for around 4 -5 months back now this process has increased even more, I have been loosing around 20 hair on daily basis. I am using clean n clear shampoo. I use dabar amla and parachute hair oil. What do you say can be the possible reason for hair fall and how can I cure that.

Our growth: fall ratio is 80: 20.20 % of the hair are always in fall phase. Loosing around 50 to 100 strands on daily basis is normal. It will happen when you are oiling, washing and combing. Eat healthy food. Minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp on alternate days and wash it the same way. Consult trichologist.
