Hi doctor! I am 19 years old boy. And I have never masturbate yet. And many other doctor told me that if I have not masturbate yet then there is a high chance of still increasing my height and development of my brain. But still I am only 5.5 feet from that age when I was 14 years old and about my brain. I think it is little bit less developed as compared to my friends or my brother who is younger than me. So is there any chance of development of my brain and height. And one thing that even I have never masturbate yet but from my age of about 14, I have lost lots of sperm during sleeping due to dream or due to watching porn video. Means I release few drops of sperm twice or thrice in a month without touching my penis. So whether this is called masturbation or this is a normal thing which just happen at this age. And is there still any chance of development of my brain and height.
