Whenever I eat I feel nauseous and there is dull pain in my upper abdomen side near stomach and also when I try to go outside my home I start feeling very nauseous and sometime I vomit also. Please guide me.

Take balanced diet. Have ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid high glycemic index foods like cold drinks, white bread and sugar etc. Avoid ghee, butter and oil. Slowly try to increase physical activity.
