only, proper intake is not sufficient for health rather you need to opt certain tips to put on weight, properly.
Go for, aerobic exercise for 30 mnts.
# take banana, hot milk with butter in d breakfast.
# tk ghee in lunch.
# tk milk, mango shake in d evening.
# tk, apples, carrots, cheese, mango, banana, soybean, potatoes, spinach, almonds, walnuts.
# tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism.
# go for meditation to nourish cells & tissues of d body to allow proper growth of your body and to reduce your stress, as well.
