Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

You can include thick fruit milkshakes (ex mango milkshake), cheese, whey protein, fresh fruit juices (ex bel juice), premix (mixture of cereal, pulse & nuts), cereal malt, nuts, oilseeds, white rice, potato (ex- potato curry), atta-maida roti. Eat small frequent meals (at regular intervals-2-3 hrs). Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Walk for 15 mins before main meals & include soup before lunch/ dinner to increase appetite.
