Hi, I am a 24 year old girl. I have a 43 kg weight and height 5 ft 2 inches. I am very worried about my health. I want to gain at least 10 kg weight. Please give me some suggestions. I have tried every medicine and therapies but nothing happens. I had one problem from the past 4-5 years of indigestion. In which whenever I eat heavy food. I cant be able to digest. And then it comes out in the form of stool. Please advice me!
