I am 24, height 5'10" weight 72 kg Suffered from allergy (high IgE level). Taking montelukast +levocetirizine since 7 years. From last one year I am not able to concentrate on studies, my mind is getting weakening day by day. Grades getting worse. Problem of short term memory loss. I am unable to study as before. Please help me what should I do?

Take all precautions to avoid all things that you are allergic to. Frequent sickness can break your rhythm of studying. Start your day with making a list of things you want to study in the day. Give yourself specific targets- eg - I have to study ---- topic, from-----chapter and after that attempt----questions from that topic. Once you have finished this, then move on to the next thing on the list. Have lots of water and physical exercise to keep your energy level high. Give yourself positive affirmations that you can do it and there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to focus.
