Hello doctor, I am a 30 years old married female. I have pcos and have been trying for a baby since last 1 year. I had 2 failed iuis earlier and I had my last (3rd iui) iui on 2nd march on my 16th day. On follicular study, doctor told there were 4 mature follicles. I am taking folic acid and metformin. After iui, doctor has prescribed duphaston 10 mg twice a day. After starting duphaston, I have had light abdominal cramps. And today is 11 days after iui, and I have severe intermittent abdominal cramp and light nausea. May I please know if it is a matter of concern?

No. Most likely ovulated pain. Have timed intercourse. Take your duphastone and do a pregnancy test after 15 days. All the best.
