Hi. My husband aged 43 has severe fatigue that comes and goes. It has been there for a year now. He describes it as a feeling of weakness in the upper body. He has been taking cilacar t for blood pressure for the past 10 years. Last year he did an ecg and echo test to know if this was something related to the heart. He has high triglycerides so considering the risk factor he did the tests. However the results were fine. The ecg results showed right bundle block, the doctor said it is not to be worried. He walks regularly and eats moderately. He is not overweight. Could you advise what it could be and what doctor to consult? Please also note that his fatigue increases when doing strenuous activity.
