M suffering from ghat rog n night fall. Spurns comes through urin n automatically when sitting n doing some work. Its very long problem. I have taken so much medicine from different doctors, but when I take it its ok. But when left it its comes again. Main problem is that now I have so much problem in my sex life. Very early discharge n no hardness. N can't do second time. M so worry about it. please help me.
