Any work out or exercise should be done in moderation in initial period especially if its in summer.
Do start with 10 minutes. For 3 days. Increase 5 minutes every 3 days until you reach 45 minutes per day.
Do not stress your self too much. Initially there will be pain in body but gradually it will go.
Later on you will start feeling fresh after work out.
Do not stop workingout. Drink lot of water and juices during work out. Always eat healthy food.
