Problem: pain in base of penis during hold urine :frequently urination time: since before 9 months experience:- if I release precum in daily basis above problems solve but but if I stop to release precum problems start again. I can't find urologist in my area, what I do? It is normal or serious problem? I'm very depress due to this problem. Please suggest me.

Hello- the signs are suggestive of urethritis. It occurs when the urethra gets infected and inflamed. Some men can have urethritis and have no symptoms at all. But most men would experience burning pain while urinating, notice discharge from the penis, have the constant urge to urinate, endure itching around the groin area, and have a painful feeling inside the penis and painful ejaculations.
