Namaste madam, I got an ultrasound done, in that report it seen that liver is mildly enlarged. Texture is hyperechoic due to fatty infiltration. Portal and hepatic veins are normal. Gall bladder is well distended. Gall bladder wall is not thickened. Ni evidence of gallstones. Common bile duct is normal. Pancreas is normal in size and echo texture. Pancreatic duct is not dilated. Spleen is normal in size and echo texture. Both kidneys are normal in size and echo texture. No evidence of hydronephrosis or renal calculi. Both ureters are not dilated. Urinary bladder is well distended. Bladder mucosa is normal. No evidence of vesical calculi. Uterus is anteverted. Size: 9.3*3.7 cm. Texture is normal. Endometrial thickness is 9 mm. Right ovary size 3.9*1.8 cms, left ovary size 3.9*1.9 cms. Multiple follicles are seen in both the ovaries. Size 5 to 10 mm. Pouch of douglas is free. Small umbilical hernia is seen. No other mass lesion or free fluid detected in the pelvic region on sonography examination. Impression polycystic ovaries. Can you please suggest what is the problem and which health measures should I take.
