I have been having stomach issues for over a decade now. Theses so much gas and acid. Every day I wake up with full gas in my stomach. First thing in the morning I burp and fart a lot after having two glass of hot water. I have visited many hospitals for the same issues. I even had my first endoscopy back in 2014 and took medicines for 6 months. Then at times and again I am having the issues. Talking about my lifestyle I am student and I have to sit 8 to 10 hours long for mu study regular. In the morning I go for a run for a hour everyday and in the evening I do my exercise at room but these habits have only made a little impact in my issues. I consulted with the many physicians but they just prescribed me medicine for a couple of days and if asked for any diagnosis needed they simply says that I need to move more. These have not help me in the long run. So I am looking for a proper consultation and suggestions from a specialist on these issues. Also apples and cucumbers are the worst for me. If I consume any of this then there?s just so much gas in my tummy.

Try to eat lesser portions with more meals in between your studies you can get up after sometime to have water and take round in your room.
