Hello doctor, I am 20 years old some times I have pain in my left testicle (ones in 1.5months approx) and right hip pain while sleeping and riding scooty m experiencing this all from last 8months. Recently I did ultra sound of my scrotum and I got the impression that I have bilateral minimal hydrocele and median raphae with thickness normal, according to my observation I feel like having a hard line starting from the bottom of the left testicle to the top of the testicle, it also goes across the upper epididymis (painless line). Is this a testicular tumor or something related to cancer? Please help me doctor. I am so much worried. I also did hip xray and the report was normal. Please doctor help me out.

I read your message and as per the report finding it is definitely not due to any involvement of the cancer of any part and there is hydrocele which might have been due to direct irritation of the tunica vaginis layer of the scrotum leading to the problems but as hydrocele is only minimal hence we don't operate it and we have to just wait and watch and suppose in near future the swelling increases than only we have to go for operation. Hence I will suggest you to just do ice fomentation atleast twice a day for two weeks and follow up with finding and I will also suggest you to not ride a cycle or a bike for atleast six months.
