Hi! i'm 25 year's old, i'm feeling some discomfort near my left shoulder blade, along with left arm tricep discomfort. Is it related to heart? Though 2 months before i've got my ecg done and it was normal, during all this I feel so confused and sick.

Hi Lybrate user ,no need to worry, a frequent and common reason for shoulder blade discomfert is a muscle strain, also known as a pulled muscle. This may result from overuse or stress on the arms or upper back. A muscle may also become strained if you've slept in a new bed, a new position, or even recently started a new exercise program.
