Hello lybrate user for good structure and healthy weight she needs to make some lifestyle changes including food changes. Here are some tips: ask her to do some exercises for muscle gain like she can hit the gym or do strength training or go for yoga. Ask her to have frequent meals approx 5-6 meals. Ask her to have milkshakes, nuts. Ask her to eat calorie dense meals each time she eats. Ask her to avoid junk foods as it may disturb her metabolism. Ask her to concentrate on intake of proteins, fats and carbs. Drink plenty of water.
