71 y.o with high cholesterol, high bp, recently had some right sided weakness and numbness after shoulder repair surgery which lasted only 24 hours with negative mri. On aspirin and cholesterol meds for possible mini stroke (is there a way to confirm this if negative mri and what advice to prevent further events? Thank you.
