I have, severe #oligoasthenoteratozaoospermia sperm count - 0.5 million/ml, 100% immotile & abnormal all hormones reports (lh, fhs, testosterone, prolactin, hbca1, tsh, estradiol) everything is normal. (iso, nabl & cap certificate lab) usg scrotal doesn't show any obstruction for sperm. Testis size, shape overall everything best, no any problem like over no heat, no previous testicular damage, no pain. [dmrd, dnb (radiodiagnosis)] karyotyping, y-chromosome micro deletion test doesn't find any abnormality genetically.(iso, nabl & cap certificate lab) never take any medicine, steroid is far away. I never fall sick in harsh environment also. I am very healthy. I have strong sex desire and performance. 26 year old, 81 kg weight, 5 foot 87 inch height. Taken 6 month ayurvedic & 4 month homeopathy treatment under expert guidance also. Zero result, zero use. Please tell me what will be cause of very sperm come out / formation?
