I am 26 years old guy suffering from hair thinning in front and temples (male pattern baldness) from past 3 years. Although I have controlled hair fall and dandruff which were my biggest enemies to a significant extent, still I can see gradual thinning over the period. I have used natural ayurvedic hair oil massage which is a great help to me. But I want to improve my hairs now specially density. I can't use minoxidil as it contains alcohol which irritates my scalp and hence increases dandruff. Shall I consider a hair transplant? Please guide me considering my age.
