I had done a vitamin D3 test and my level was 23. Do I need to worry? What do I need to do?

A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/ml is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. So you need not worry and you are normal.

No need to worry and I will suggest you to take early morning sunlight for a minimum of fifteen minutes daily.
