As I am going for running since a week I was getting bone pain for legs, how can I get relief from that pain?

I would advice you to take an ultrasound therapy physio session for your legs. You may be having a condition called as shin splints which is very common in atheletes. You could aslo do a hot and cold fermentation for your legs at the site of pain and you will get relieved from that pain. Please wear proper fitting shoes so that you get good support while running.
